Solutions to some issues with Isudar Car Radio：

For Car Radio：

Universal car radio rear wiring harness connection：

Ⅰ.T72/NA35T75:

Factory setting password:123456

1. If the side touch button does not work or does not function correctly, please click here to view the operation video to restore it.

2. If the screen touch fails or the touch response is reversed, please click here to view the operation video to restore it.

3. If the door information is displayed in reverse, please click here to view the operation video to restore it.

4. If you are unable to view the video, the system is closed by default for driving safety. Please click here to view the operation video for restoration.

5. If the volume knob is not working, please click here to view the operation video to restore it.

6. If the steering wheel controls do not work after installing the radio, you will need to set up the correct Canbus type, please click here to view the setup video. (with Canbus)

7. If the aftermarket camera does not work or the image is incorrect, please click here to check whether the aftermarket camera is correctly connected and the correct camera format is selected.

8. If the radio has no sound, please click here to check whether the AUX or amplifier control cable is correctly connected.

10. Common Issues After Installing Your SIM Card:
1. SIM Card Not Recognized:
1) Restart the car radio (be sure to turn off the vehicle's ignition completely before restarting the radio), or click here to watch a video tutorial.
2-1) If the SIM card is still not recognized after restarting, please contact us to verify whether your SIM card's carrier is supported by the car radio.
2-2) If the carrier *is* supported, please click here to learn how to inspect the SIM card slot.

2. SIM Card Recognized, But No Network Connection:
1) Please check to ensure that the correct APN settings have been selected for your SIM card：Setting＞Network＞mobile network＞more＞Access Point Name.
If no settings are configured, or if incorrect settings are currently applied, please insert the SIM card into a mobile phone to retrieve the correct APN details, and then manually enter them into the vehicle's head unit. Click here for detailed instructions.

11. If the radio cannot start normally after installing it:
1) For Fiat series, please first swap B1/B2 and connect the yellow B+ wire.

2）Please connect the red ACC wire and the yellow B+ wire of the Isudar power cable to check if the radio starts malfunctioning. This will help determine if the problem is a CAN bus issue or a radio problem. Click here for detailed steps.

1. If the screen touch fails or the touch response is reversed：

* Find a wired mouse and connect it to the 4 Pin USB port, then use the mouse cursor to click the following path to enter the settings: Car Setting > Factory Setting (Password:1617) > Touch Study > Touch Calibration, Then you need to click the screen position with your finger instead of clicking the mouse.

2. If you are unable to view the video, the system is closed by default for driving safety：

* You need to set it to open as follows: Car Setting ＞General Setting ＞Hand
