Installation Issues:

Screen display:
1. The original radio page can be displayed, but it cannot be switched to Apple Carplay & Android Auto. When using a wired connection, the phone shows that it has been connected to Carplay & Android Auto:

-For most module:please check whether the LVDS cable is connected well and connected to the correct position. The LVDS cable of some modules needs to be transferred to the wiring harness on the back of the screen, and some need to be transferred to the wiring harness on the back of the head unit.

-For PCM3.1 mosule:please check that the FPC cable is installed vertically and parallel, and that the metal contacts of the FPC cable are intact.

2. The original radio page can be displayed, but it cannot be switched to Apple Carplay & Android Auto. The phone is also unable to detect the module's Bluetooth signal:

-For most module: please turn on the corresponding digital switch according to the table information on the back of the ISUDAR module.

-For PCM3.1 module: please check if the blue light and red lighti on the module is on. If it's not on, it's still a wiring harness issue. Please re-check the wiring harness installation as described in the first case.  Flashing behavior of the lights on a normally functioning module:👉📕

-For Volvo modules: please check if the blue light and the green light on the module is on. If it's not on, it's a CAN bus connection problem. Flashing behavior of the lights on a normally functioning module:👉📕
1. For the CAN bus connection, we currently recommend using the CAN bus located at the door track.
2. CAN-H: Orange-black (orange-brown): Connect to the purple-white wire.
    CAN-L: Orange-green wire: Connect to the purple-green wire.
(Please do not rely on the labels, as they may be incorrect.)
Note:the CAN wire clips must be installed correctly; otherwise, it will cause the pins to be misaligned.
