We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after the receipt of the product. If this item is in your possession more than 15 days, WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by buyer.

For personal reasons such as dissatisfaction or no longer needing the product..., please apply for a return within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping fees are at your expense. Already incurred shipping fees and payment processing fees cannot be refunded.

If the received product does not match the description or is of poor quality, you have the right to return or exchange it before the order is completed. However, when requesting a return, you must provide video evidence of the issue.

All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 20% restocking fee if they have evidence of installation, user abuse or are not in a resalable condition when returned.
