I bought a radio model NA03W6VW0803 and I am Looking for new software. Is new software available? When using GPS, the radio hangs, after updating the phone to Android 9.0 you can not connect the radio to the phone.

Mam radio h53 Android 8.1 4G i mam problem z Bluetooth nie chcę się połączyć z moim Samsung S9+ w ustawieniach jest załączony ale nie da się parować urządzeń. Przywrócić ustawień fabrycznych też nie można bo żąda pin.

I purchased Radio B59 for my BMW E46 on January 07/2020
GPS working wrong * showing the distance where I going to reach 500 meters away.
My expectations were I dealing with professionals
I get radio defecting untested or rejected from the production line.
Can’t say more what I get?
I not like your company style of dealing or how you respecting the customer.
When Received Radio there was no GPS MAP for North America
Get offers to Get Google free maps – ha ha ha very nice.
I am not so cheap and I purchased original not cracked or stollen GPS Maps.
The main issue is GPS showing wrong about 500meter destination or location where I live.
